House of Shabazi & Kanaan facilitates the sourcing, trading, and physical delivery of energy products, metals, and bulk commodities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
We act as principal and intermediary in physical commodity transactions. Our activity covers energy, metals, and bulk materials, with confirmed supply access across key producing and transit regions.
Transactions are structured for regulatory compliance, with counterparty verification and documented chain-of-custody as standard requirements.
We trade crude oil, refined petroleum products, precious metals, and industrial metals on a principal basis. Transactions are executed under standard international trade contracts with defined pricing, volume, and delivery terms.
Direct relationships with producers, refineries, and licensed exporters across Turkey, the Middle East, and North Africa. Supply is confirmed prior to transaction execution, not brokered from unverified intermediaries.
We coordinate freight, inspection, and documentation for all shipments. We work with independent surveyors and freight forwarders to ensure quantity and quality are verified at load and discharge ports.
Crude grades, diesel, fuel oil, naphtha, and LPG. CIF and FOB terms available. Regional supply from Turkey, Iraq, and UAE.
Gold, silver, copper, and aluminium. Physical delivery only. All transactions subject to LBMA or LME specification compliance.
Surfactants, chemical intermediates, and selected agricultural commodities. Contract volumes from 20 MT per consignment.
Counterparty submits commodity type, quantity, delivery destination, and requested Incoterms. We confirm coverage and availability within 48 hours.
Standard KYC documentation is collected from all parties. Mandate and authorization are confirmed before pricing is issued. Unverified inquiries are not progressed.
SPA or offtake agreement is signed. Payment terms, inspection protocol, and shipping schedule are documented. SGS or similar inspection is standard at origin.
Cargo is shipped with B/L, certificate of origin, and SGS report. Documents are released against payment. Delivery is confirmed at destination port.
